Which Adult Workout Option Is Best For You?
FOUNDATION CLASSES- (TNA)
This is an entry level class designed to introduce you to the basics of movement and get the juices flowing through cardio and overall strength conditioning. Perfect for those parents with kids enrolled in our Ninja Classes.
WARRIOR FIT CLASSES
(Registration Required)
These group classes are like "Cross-Fit" with a Ninja twist. A unique circuit each week will awaken all 600 muscles beneath your skin and leave you feeling energized and ready to face any challenge. If you are planning to do an OCR race like Spartan or Tough Mudder, this is the perfect option for you. You could even strive to join our Ninja Team!
PERSONAL TRAINING
(1-on-1 or Small Group)
One-on-one or small group sessions with a family member or friends to give you the extra attention you need to achieve your personal fitness goals at a time that is convenient for you.
These sessions are great for younger athletes wanting to gain an advantage in High School Sports or veteran athletes training for "Spartan" type races. You will train with the only Level 2 Spartan Race Trainer in Colorado, Taylor Overmiller or another Staff Coach with a high level of training experience.
ADULT WARRIOR OPEN AREA
This is a self-directed workout option for those wanting to workout at their own pace in our workout area and Red Rig. Our Coaching Staff has developed a workout for every week with equipment ready for use.
